Sylvie Frigon is Full Professor at the University of Ottawa’s Department of Criminology, where she is Faculty Research Chair of “The Prison in Culture, CultureinPrison.”Shewasartisticdirectorofawriting project in prison led by the Association des auteures et auteurs de l’Ontario français (AAOF). In 2018, she worked as a consultant for the Royal New Zealand Ballet, a partnership that is ongoing. She is currently collaborating with the Paris-based choreographer Claire Jenny on a new dance project involving men in prison.
