Simon-Pierre Lacasse
Simon-Pierre Lacasse holds a PhD in history from the University of Ottawa. His research focuses on Canada’s Jewish community, and specifically on the situation of Jews and French Canada in the twentieth century, from critical, social, and political history perspectives. A lecturer in the History Department at Concordia University and at the University of Ottawa, he writes for Canadian Jewish Studies/Études juives canadiennes published by York University, and is Associate Researcher at York University’s Israel and Golda Koschitzky Centre for Jewish Studies.
